With summer around the corner, it’s time to bring out your favourite pair of sandals. For a longtime the go-to slipper was the Gucci flip-flop ($160). You’re favorite celebrity and athletes would be seen wearing them.
However, it seems that designers have recognized the trend and finally hopped in. Versace ($250), Givenchy ($295), and Lanvin ($845) are all representing themselves in the sandal market and they aren’t disappointing.
The Versace sandals come in navy blue and are made out of rubber. They are detailed with a raised Medusa accent and Greek key border at quarter strap. These sandals are made in Italy.
The Givenchy sandals come in black and are made out of rubber. They are detailed with a embossed logo in grey at quarter strap and logo detailing at the outer heel. These sandals are made in Italy.
Finally the Lanvin sandals are a bit more luxurious made out of python leather and also come in black. They are detailed with a molded suede footbed, treaded rubber sole and tonal stitching. These sandals are not made in Italy but in Portugal instead.
Which ones would you wear? Would you actually buy them?
