Percy Robert Miller better known as Master P or his business name P. Miller, is an American entertainer and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of P. Miller Enterprises, an entertainment and financial conglomerate and Better Black Television. He is also the founder of No Limit Records. Master P helped put New Oreleans on the map thru his music and business ventures. His cd covers caught the attention of fans because of its vibrant and illustrated layout.
