N*E*R*D which stands for No One Ever Really Dies is an American rock, funk and hip hop band. The band is formed of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley. They have released 4 albums since 2001 which 2 of them going gold status. They were first signed to Virgin records until 2005 when they ended they contract and disbanded. The band reunited in 2008 under Star Trak Entertainment established by Pharrell and Chad, a subsidiary of Interscope Records.
