MARC NEWSON POWER BOAT
Marc Newson the king of high design has designed a new luxury powerboat for the Italian company Riva. Only 22 of these sleek, stylish vessels will be produced and unveiled at the Gagosian Gallery in New York. The windscreen is made from a single sheet of glass and the handles, hooks and holds are made from anodized aluminum which disappear from view when not in use. The ’60s inspired boat can be yours for a decidedly un-’60s price: $1.5 million.
